Documents & Analysis Data
When you upload documents for analysis, we temporarily process the document content to generate results. Analysis results are stored in our database and associated with your account.
Usage Data
We collect standard usage analytics including page visits, feature usage, and performance metrics to improve the Service.

Your data is stored using Convex, a secure real-time database platform. Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or document content with third parties, except:
- With service providers necessary to operate the Service (e.g., Clerk for authentication, Convex for data storage).
- When required by law or legal process.
- To protect the rights and safety of ConsentLens and its users.

CCPA (California Residents)
You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your data, and opt out of data sales (we do not sell data).
GDPR (EU Residents)
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your data. You may also object to processing and withdraw consent at any time.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Analysis results are retained until you delete them or close your account. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
